Installation

The major part of our work involves the installation and erection of buildings from single units to full scale 120 bay modular units.

Our teams are familiar and competent with all manner of manufactures. We supply modular units, individual units that can be stacked and linked or steel workshops.

We also have a good knowledge of some of the older, infrequently used buildings that you may still have on your site or as part of your stock.

All our operatives are fully trained and hold the relevant documentation for working at heights when carrying out installations.

Modular Installation and Decommissioning

With over 20 years’ experience we have worked with just about every type of building available, from Portakabin Duplex and Yorkon to Wernick key pack and Terrapin panel and post.

Recent projects have included work at Heathrow’s Terminal 5 for Elliotts on two and three storey buildings.

Other commissions have included Cox Cabins, Elliotts, Portakabin, Rollalong and Rovacabin.

Steel Buildings for Workshops and Storage

Our site teams are proficient in erecting and dismantling all types of steel buildings and hold Cherry Picker, Telehandler, Scaffold Tower and Genie Hoist certifications.

Our contracts have included work for Premier Transline, Terrapin, Darby-Beech, the Channel Tunnel Rail Link, as well as CTRL for AMEC removing loco sheds and stores. We have also completed the dismantling and re-erection of workshops for Terminal 5 at Heathrow under strict Health & Safety working procedures.
